Great Cast.... Mediocre Movie

I just realized recently that there are a ton of very average movies out there that have very good casts.

• First example "Can't Hardly Wait" (1998) featured a cast that included Jennifer Love-Hewitt, Ethan Embry (who has been in a ton of TV shows) Seth Green, Donald Faison (Scrubs) Jaime Pressly, Selma Blair, Jerry O'Connell, Breckin Meyer, and Melissa Joan Hart.
• "Bad Santa" (2003) Had a relatively small cast but it is a great one. Billy Bob Thorton, Bernie Mac, John Ritter, Tony Cox, Lauren Graham (Gilmore Girls) and a couple people more well known for their voices, Alex Borstein (Lois from family guy) and Lauren Tom (the Souphanousinphone girls from King of the Hill.)
  
• "Rat Race" (2001) includes Breckin Meyer, Cuba Gooding Jr., Seth Green, Whoopi Goldberg, Jon Lovitz, Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean), John Cleese, Amy Smart, Dean Cain, and Wayne Knight

These are just a few examples if I had more time I would go into more. Not that these are bad movies but for having so many famous people you would expect these movies to be a little better.
